Profile
Rezza brings with her a blend of over 16 years of Christian Counselling and over 7 years of NLP Coaching. In July 2017, she became the first Asian licensed as Creatrix® Transformologist®, helping women finally break through repeated issues and emotional blocks, some of which may have been passed down through one’s family bloodline. She is the Founder of Femme Power Philippines. Through her Radiant Transformology® Program, with processes designed exclusively with the deep understanding of how women are created differently from men, Rezza helps women break free from many recurring emotional issues, quickly and permanently.
Many have affirmed her natural gifts of ‘shepherding’, speaking and teaching. But like many, she has had her share of personal struggles: Having experienced through several broken relationships, personal family challenges and being in debt for many years, working as the family breadwinner.
She obtained her international trainer certification under T. Harv Eker’s Train the Trainer Program, became a certified NLP Practitioner under the Asia Pacific Council of NLP, and studied New Code NLP under Daniel Smith. To date, she has helped thousands of men and women move forward in life, and has professionally coached nearly 1000 clients across the Philippines, Singapore, Dubai, Canada and Australia.
A former Marketing Executive, she has garnered multiple awards and recognition in the Telco and Pharma industry, both locally and internationally. Her disease-awareness campaign “War on Worms”, an education model aimed to battle chronic worm infection in the Philippines, was recognized and adopted by the G8 countries in a global effort to stave the threat of worm infection in children of third-world countries. Rezza was co-founder and Chief Digital Officer of Cobena Business Analytics and Strategy, Inc., one of the fastest-growing management consultancy and data science companies in the country. In this line of work, she has worked with clients such as Nestle, ABS-CBN, Metrobank, Globe Telecom, among others.
She co-serves as Pastoral Head for the Feast Bay Area Council of Bro. Bo Sanchez and Audee Villaraza, and regularly gives talks and workshops for Discipleship Programs, such as the Jesus Encounter and LoveLife Retreat for Singles. She also hosts a weekly FB Live program called “Better Together”.
She is the author of the upcoming book, “Freedom to be Me: Overcoming Inner Blocks of Shame, Lack and Being Alone.” Coach Rezza is also completing her triple certification courses on Feminine Power Coaching, Facilitation and Leadership in the US, to help enable her mission to help women shine their own light to the world.
